Telephone, Zoom, and Walk-and-Talk Counselling

For online counselling sessions, it is important to have a quiet and private space where you feel comfortable speaking openly. Fewer distractions can make it easier to focus on your thoughts and feelings. If you prefer something less formal, walk-and-talk counselling offers the chance to talk while being outdoors. Many people find that walking side by side feels more relaxed and helps conversation flow more naturally.

Individual Face-to-Face Counselling

Whether you are dealing with trauma, a major life change, or a general sense that something is not quite right, counselling offers a confidential and supportive space to talk things through. You do not need to have clear answers or even the right words. We can take time to explore what is happening for you and work towards greater understanding, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.

CBT Parent-Led Therapy for Child Anxiety

Parents and carers can play an important role in supporting children with anxiety when they are given the right guidance. This parent-led CBT approach involves reading a research-based book alongside our sessions. I will help you understand practical techniques you can use to support your child aged 5 to 12. The aim is to give you confidence to apply CBT principles in everyday situations and help reduce anxiety over time.

Single Session Therapy

Sometimes one focused session is enough to help you think things through, gain a different perspective, or make a decision. A single session can be useful if you want to work on a specific issue or are unsure whether ongoing counselling is right for you. During the session, we will agree on what you would like to focus on and work towards something practical and helpful. If needed, we can also discuss options for further sessions.

I am trained in Single Session Therapy by Windy Dryden and have also completed accredited training in Solution-Focused Therapy.
